Nightz of Dance: Title sequene

The Leader for Nightz of Dance; a weekly program on “Het Gesprek”. Every Saturday evening at 11 PM host Ruud Hendriks talks to the best DJ’s from around the world, inter-cut with the best live sets. The leader was made for Alexander Kosman at Shoq-studio Amsterdam, together with Yuri den Oudsten.

RVU WiseBits: Geno-Shop

Wisebits are short animations meant to educate children on philosophy and science in a playful manner. The concept was devised by Bas Haring, the university of Leiden and the RVU. 200 Wisebits were ordered and produced by the RVU. This one concerns the genetic modification of domesticated animals.

Filmhuis Bussum Leaders: Aliens!, Suction! and House!

Filmhuis Bussum (The Bussum Cinema) asked us to make a series of leaders to show before movies in their newly renovated building. We decided to mix 2D and 3D animation techniques, and prominently feature the new building. Three leaders were made with Yuri den Oudsten.

ON.: Lava Koi, Rio Feathers and Jungle River

ON. asked us to make a couple of moving wallpapers for their narrowcasting system. I animated these in 2D.

Graduation film: MT.5L

In 2007 I graduated from The Utrecht School of the Arts in Image Synthesis and Computer Animation. For my graduation film I worked with Yuri den Oudsten and Ton Mikkers to animate a story told in three different styles and techniques. MT.5L was the result! Music and sound design was done by Steven Aerts.

CIPP CODE leader

In 2007 Connecting People 2000 asked us to make a leader for the CIPP CODE documentary series. Together with Nick Driessen we tried to use as many techniques as possible to depict the many artistic styles of the European artists of said documentary.

Tokugawa Shogun Crest animation

For a test I animated the crest of the Tokugawa Shogun.
