Info
After spending a lot of time pinning large tropical beetles to Styrofoam boards, I decided to start out my creative career by glueing Millennium Falcon models, made from cereal boxes, to my mom’s refrigerator. From there on out I’ve been developing my drawing skills while feverishly collecting comics, animation, movies, etc.
After getting my masters degree in Image Synthesis and Computer Animation at the Utrecht School of the Arts in 2007, I’ve been keeping myself busy by starting up a small company called Pixodus in the city of Utrecht, The Netherlands. In the meantime I liked to work on my own illustration and animation.
Since then I’ve always looked for new styles and techniques to experiment with and to use on various projects. I tend to find most of my inspiration with faraway cultures, nature and technology.
